Chris Forsberg gets close to god-level status with this spectacular gymkhana
The American driver is at it again with his new gymkhana. Ken Block has a tough rival in this world champion of Formula Drift.

Chris Forsberg is one of the most successful drivers in drifting and, not to mention, was Formula Drift world champion in 2016. But the American driver doesn’t just excel in competition; he is also known for his spectacular gymkhanas, and as you can see in the following video, he’s not bad at them at all.
The production of this sequence was carried out by Donut Media, one of the pioneering audiovisual companies in filming gymkhanas. The video showcases Forsberg’s incredible driving skills, as well as Donut Media’s great cinematic display.

The gymkhana in question is called “Proximity by Nos”, and as we can see in the sequence, the name fits perfectly. One of the great attractions of this video is the proximity with which Forsberg drifts relative to other objects.
The setting for this gymkhana is a scrapyard, and the star of the show is a Nissan prepared 370Z, fully kitted out for drifting. Unlike the 370Z with which Forsberg ran his previous gymkhana, a spectacular production in which he climbed a mountain pass with no prior practice, the Japanese sports car this time features a twin-turbo six-cylinder engine producing over 700 CV; this powerplant replaces the furious V8 from the previous video, which we also recommend you watch.
