Citroën C3: prices, equipment and options for Spain

Following its debut at the Geneva Motor Show a few months ago, the new Citroën C3 arrives in Spain, featuring a new exterior design, new and improved interior finishes and a range of engines that stands out for its low consumption. In total there are 5 trim levels and 9 engine options available for the C3.
The aesthetic changes include a new front end that highlights the brand’s chevrons and integrates the LED daytime running lights into the front bumper, as well as new rear lights. It measures 3.94 m in length and 1.73 m in width, with a turning circle of 10.2 m, dimensions perfectly suited to urban use. The boot is generous, with a 300-litre capacity. Inside, the dashboard can be finished in Tungsten black or Moondust grey, with the instrument cluster backlit in white.

Another key factor of the C3 is its engine range, designed for the lowest possible consumption. In petrol, it features PureTech engines, a new generation of 3-cylinder engines with capacities of 1.0 and 1.2 litres. The VTi 68 and VTi 82 engines reach extremely low figures, with values between 4.3 and 4.5 l/100 km and 99 to 104 g of CO2/km. The VTi 95 CMP and VTi 120 engines, the latter available with a manual gearbox, complete the petrol offering.
In diesel, the new C3 is fitted with the e-HDi 115 Airdream 6V engine, an evolution of the e-HDi 110 that has improved performance, now reaching 114 CV, without increasing consumption or emissions. It also offers the e-HDi 70 Airdream CMP and the e-HDi 90 Airdream, the latter also available with the 6-speed Manual Pilot Gearbox (CMP6). Completing the diesel line-up, the new C3 also features the HDi 70 and HDi 90.
The range will consist of the Attraction, Tonic, Seduction, Collection and Exclusive variants. The entry-level version comes with ABS, emergency brake assist and electronic brake force distribution, driver and passenger airbags, front side airbags, front electric windows, remote central locking, automatic door and boot locking when moving off, on-board computer, height-adjustable driver’s seat, 2/3-1/3 split-folding rear bench, height and reach-adjustable steering wheel, 3 retractable rear head restraints, 12V socket, ISOFIX on the outer rear seats, and electric external mirrors.
