In this third instalment of the road test of the Citroën C4 Picasso e-HDi 115 ETG6, we will go over the main equipment features, the prices for the Spanish market and a final verdict that sums up our impressions of this interesting MPV. We remind you that in the first part you can find details on handling, and in the second an analysis of the design.

Equipment

Our test unit came with the Exclusive trim, whose list is very long. We have already mentioned some items in both the first and second parts, but we can highlight some areas, such as safety, with ABS brakes, stability control and power steering.

The ISOFIX mounts on all three rear seats also stand out. In terms of comfort, there are air vents for the rear seats, which also enjoy fold-down airline-style tray tables. The 12-inch HD screen above the dashboard works together with the 7-inch one on the centre console to provide information and entertainment.

Other important items in the equipment include the LED front lights and indicators, and the rear lights, also LED with a 3D design. The Park Assist, a 230V socket, panoramic roof, massage function on the front seats and the electric tailgate are also features worth highlighting on the C4 Picasso.

As for options, our test unit had the panoramic roof, metallic paint, a CD changer in the glovebox and JBL HIFI audio system. There is no shortage of equipment in the Citroën C4 Picasso e-HDi 115 Exclusive, whose base price is €28,100, before discounts and without options. Let’s look at all the prices.

The impressions behind the wheel of the

Citroën C4 Picasso e-HDi 115 ETG6HDRtist HDR - http://www.ohanaware.com/hdrtist/ during the road test have been more than satisfactory. Ride comfort is the car’s main strength, although the only drawback we can point to is the operation of the semi-automatic manual gearbox, though that is something the driver gets used to over time.

The leap in quality is striking. The new generation improves in every area: interior space, cargo capacity, technology, safety and overall comfort for all occupants. Undoubtedly, it is a car you want to get into, whether as driver or passenger; the solutions that improve comfort can be felt in every corner.
The ideal MPV?

After this test we could say that HDRtist HDR - http://www.ohanaware.com/hdrtist/it is very close to being one

: a groundbreaking design that still retains identity elements from previous generations, maximum ride comfort, on-board comfort for all occupants, cargo and storage capacity, very good consumption figures, and more.

Apart from the dynamic side, which is not, and need not be, the strong point of this type of car, we can state that Citroën offers a well-rounded product with the new C4 Picasso. In addition to the features I have described above, we must add technology and safety. In short, an MPV that will meet the expectations of many families.
