Cupra León VZ Cup: an extra dose of sportiness and spice exclusively for the German market
Created for now only for the German market, this new version features a more sporty look and equipment for both the hatchback and estate variants

Germany has been the most powerful market for the Spanish brand based in Martorell since its beginnings in 2018, selling more than 15,000 units of the popular Formentor in 2021 alone, and achieving strong results with other models such as the Ateca and the León.
To mark this great success, Cupra wanted to give this market a special place by presenting the new Cupra León VZ Cup. A version that adds exclusive design elements, giving it an extra touch of sportiness and genuinely attractive equipment to boost sales of this successful compact.
Differentiated styling
In terms of design, the new Cupra León VZ Cup features attractive 19-inch Exclusive II alloy wheels, painted in the brand’s corporate copper colour, combined with gloss black details, behind which sit the brake calipers signed by Brembo, also in copper.

In addition, this sportier version of the compact features aluminium side skirts in a dark colour, a subtle rear spoiler made of carbon fibre, and the already familiar sporty bodywork package of the Cupra León VZ, which adds four rear exhaust outlets, more sporty bumpers and a rear diffuser.
Inside as well
Stepping inside the new VZ Cup, you will find new Supersport sports seats which not only hold both driver and passenger perfectly but also look spectacular thanks to their combination of black and petrol blue. These colours also appear on the leather-wrapped dashboard and the door panels.

Engines and prices
As for the engine range, the new Cupra León VZ Cup will be offered with the 2.0 TSI 300 CV engine paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox, or with the 1.4 e-Hybrid 245 CV engine paired with a six-speed DSG automatic gearbox, both with front-wheel drive.
However, that is not all, as it will also be available with all-wheel drive in the special trim called the Cupra León Sportourer VZ Cup 4Drive, which features the 2.0 TSI 310 CV petrol engine and the seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox.

Sales will start at 46,670 euros for the 1.4 e-Hybrid in the hatchback body, and from 47,160 euros for the 2.0 TSI 300 CV, also in the hatchback variant.
For the Sportstourer version, prices start at 47,390 euros for the 1.4 e-Hybrid, 47,780 euros for the 2.0 TSI 300 CV, and from 48,675 euros for the 2.0 TSI 310 CV with all-wheel drive.
