A few weeks ago Fiat showed a teaser previewing the edition we are showing you today. In that teaser we saw the silhouette of the Fiat 500 covered by a tarpaulin and the Riva name on a dock, by the sea.

Now that tarpaulin protecting the image of this edition has disappeared and we can already see how and in what way the Fiat 500 Riva looks, which, by the way, is available in both the hardtop version and the 500C convertible.

As we already pointed out when the Italian brand launched the teaser, Riva is a prestigious yacht builder. This collaboration aims to give a more luxurious and refined touch to the charismatic 500.

Thus, on the exterior we find the “Sera Blue” colour, which belongs to the Aquariva Super boats, and will be sold only with this special version of the fashionable city car, which is limited to just 500 units. The exterior also features chrome trim on the mirrors, door handles and the horizontal bonnet moulding. There are also two lines running along the mid-height of the Fiat 500 in aquamarine, and 16-inch wheels with 20 spokes in a blue finish.

Inside, there could not be a lack of nods to the sea and luxury boats. Above all, the dashboard stands out with mahogany wood applied by hand over a carbon fibre shell, so no two finishes will be identical. This same finish is also found on the gear lever knob and, partially, on the steering wheel. The seats match the wood, using ivory leather created by Poltrona Frau with contrasting stitching.

As for equipment, there are no surprises and the Fiat 500 Riva keeps to the line described above, with Uconnect Live infotainment on a 7-inch screen, 7 airbags, an instrument cluster with a TFT display specific to this edition, fog lights, LED daytime running lights, and the typical active safety systems such as ABS with EBD, stability control, traction control and hill start assist.

The full engine range is available, that is, in petrol you can choose the 69-hp 1.2 and the 0.9 TwinAir turbo in 85 and 105 hp versions, while in diesel the available offer is the 95-hp 1.3 MultiJet.
