For sale: the turquoise Murcielago LP670-4 SV from Al-Thani

This is not the first time that at Highmotor we have talked about the Al-Thani family, without a doubt one of the most powerful, wealthy and influential families in the Middle East, a family more than interesting that we usually speak well of because of the purchase of new supercars or, as in this case, due to the sale of a Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce at a price.

What surprises me is that this family, better known as the royal family of Qatar, is precisely the one getting rid of its entire supercar collection, all of them, as you can see, painted in turquoise. For example, a few months ago they sold a beautiful Pagani Zonda Uno to a gentleman from Azerbaijan, while they still have their Koenigsegg CCXR Special Edition for sale.

As for the model I want to talk about today, it is currently for sale at a price of around 280,000 euros. As a fact, this very special SuperVeloce features a carbon fibre rear spoiler, a reversing camera, a carbon fibre interior, Alcantara upholstery, an iPod input, a DVD with Kenwood satellite navigation, ceramic brakes with calipers painted in the colours of the Italian flag…

As you can see, it is a unique vehicle among the scarce 350 units that Lamborghini ultimately built. I should add that the vehicle you see on screen is specifically unit 266 within the limited edition.
