G-Power reveals its next project

G-Power has decided to start the year in style. Having once managed to build, albeit in a limited edition, what has been dubbed the fastest saloon on the planet, they now have decided to take a step down and do “something big” with the most attractive of today’s M3, the BMW M3 GTS.

As you well know, if there is one thing that defines the BMW M3 GTS, it is precisely that: it is perhaps one of the most impressive M3s on the market thanks to its lightweight bodywork, made possible by extensive use of carbon fibre, titanium exhaust, racing suspension and seats, a roll cage and six-point safety harnesses.

Now, in terms of power, in the hands of BMW things only amounted to what, for G-Power, is a lamentable 450 horsepower, with which the GTS, for example, is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds or reaching a top speed of 305 km/h, figures that G-Power considers laughable for a BMW.

Because of all this, the tuner has revealed that they are already working on a new twin-turbo system that will take their particular BMW M3 GTS from 450 horsepower to a much more respectable 6XX horsepower (I have written XX because they have not yet revealed the exact figure, though it will surely exceed 600 horsepower by a wide margin).

That said, all that remains is to wait for G-Power to make its move and once again leave us all with our jaws on the floor, dreaming of getting our hands on one of their vehicles.
