G-Power squeezes 615 horsepower out of the BMW M4 GTS

The top of the BMW 4 Series, in terms of performance, is called the BMW M4 GTS. It improves its dynamism in many respects compared with a standard M4 and gets even closer to pure driving, practically reserved for the racetrack.
Moreover, the M4 GTS is an exclusive car which, due to its price and, above all, its limited production of just 700 units, all of which have already been sold, is not accessible to just anyone.
As standard, it features the same 3-litre, twin-turbocharged, six-cylinder inline engine mounted longitudinally, but its configuration differs from that of an M4, to the point that it reaches up to 500 horsepower at full output.
G-Power offers several performance upgrades at different levels. Through reprogramming and adjustments to the engine control unit, the power gain is quite respectable: 575 horsepower and 740 Nm in total.

But the most exciting part comes from significant modifications which, in addition to the ECU reprogramming, include changes to the turbocharging system, including both turbos, and a new exhaust system that lowers the temperature of the exhaust gases, thereby increasing the system’s boost pressure. As a result, the gain is no less than 115 horsepower over the standard model; in other words, an M4 GTS after being worked on by G-Power can produce 615 horsepower and 760 Nm.
With these power figures, the G-Power-modified M4 GTS is capable of reaching 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds. In this respect the gain is not very large, as it only cuts the time by 0.2 seconds, but the enormous 760 Nm of torque will improve its response to the slightest touch of the accelerator pedal. We have not been given the time it takes to cover, for example, 80 to 120 km/h, but the gain in this kind of acceleration is surely greater.
On the other hand, it also removes the top speed limiter, raising the top speed from 250 km/h to 320 km/h. A true low-flying jet!
