The Tokyo Motor Show arrives, where the leading Japanese brands are presenting the new models that will reach their market in the coming months. Honda is, of course, one of them and is coming to the event with plenty of news. One of them is the Honda Type R, but we will talk about that car in more detail in other articles. Let’s focus on other models, less well known and even unexpected, that it will show at its stand at the Show.

We start with the Honda N-WGN Picnic, a vehicle that, according to the brand, has been created for families who want to enjoy outdoor getaways on short trips. There is nothing more about this model than concept images, but they reveal some details that hint at its appearance. A two-tone bodywork and a large roof rack are part of its features.

The concept car K-Climb is another of the models to be presented. It is based on the Honda N-One and has been designed to attract the most enthusiastic fans of the brand. It features a sportier front bumper, a grille specific to this variant and a large rear spoiler. The exhaust has been mounted in the centre of the rear, and the interior includes a roll cage to improve safety. The exterior comes in three colours, and the K-Climb badge captures the spirit of the model.

Moving on to the Fit e:HEV, a concept that breaks the barrier between a compact and a small SUV. The front bumper looks very robust and is equipped with auxiliary lights. There is also an underbody protection plate, tyres prepared for off-road terrain, and a raised suspension for greater freedom of movement.

To finish with these new models, visitors to the Tokyo Motor Show will be able to see an N-Van converted into a mobile café, the Third Place concept. It has been designed to showcase the versatility of this vehicle, which has been fitted out as a compact café, intended for installation at outdoor locations and to offer efficient service at open-air events.

In addition to these models and concepts, Honda will also present other display vehicles, such as the STEP WGN e: HEV Spada and the Vezel e: HEV Modulo X. These will be joined by a N-Box Custom STYLE + BLACK special edition.

Some of these vehicles have already been presented before, but it will be at the Tokyo Motor Show where they can be seen in more detail. They were originally meant to be seen at the previous edition, but its cancellation prevented that.
