The 2015 Geneva International Motor Show will be the stage where Infiniti will unveil the QX30 Concept. It will be a world premiere for the brand, which is betting on a premium compact crossover aimed at a new generation of customers who prefer this type of car, whose main habitat will above all be the city.

Practicality is one of the main virtues of the Infiniti QX30 Concept, so it does not give up leaving the asphalt for leisure trips with family or friends, even though its styling is more urban than anything else, and long journeys are also within its capabilities. It faces tough competitors such as the Mercedes GLA, the Audi Q3 or the Range Rover Evoque, to name a few of the rivals it will meet when it goes on sale in the premium crossover segment.

Thanks to the “teasers” and the images leaked by the brand itself, one can see the mix of the muscular lines of an SUV similar to those of its bigger siblings, the Infiniti QX70 and the Infiniti QX50, which are already on sale, and the elegant lines of a coupé. It takes the advantages of both, combining an attractive design with great presence, along with a higher driving position.

The technical specifications and further details of the QX30 are not yet known, so we will have to wait until 3 March in Geneva, when this concept car will finally be unveiled.
