Is a supercar from Bugatti better than the Divo?

Is a supercar from Bugatti better than the Divo?

Bugatti is one of the benchmarks when it comes to supercar construction. The Bugatti Divo is one of the most extreme, desirable, powerful and exclusive models in the world, yet what would a Bugatti superior to it look like?

When it comes to luxury, power and exclusivity, Bugatti is one of the constructors par excellence. The Bugatti Divo is one of the most powerful and exclusive hypercars in the world, and it is hard to imagine who its successor will be. The designer Hao Hu has given us a beautiful render of his own vision.

With the launch of the Divo a few months ago, Bugatti made its clear intention to enter the most radical sector of hypercars, where manufacturers such as Koenigsegg, Pagani, Ferrari, McLaren or Porsche, among others, can boast of owning some of the fastest “road-legal” cars in the world on track.

The Bugatti Type 100 is Hao Hu’s vision, a designer who took the design of the Bugatti Chiron as a reference to delight us with this marvel, a synonym of good taste.

Trying to maintain the most important details that Bugatti has incorporated into its most recent designs, Hao Hu offers a futuristic alternative, and clearly with a more aggressive and aerodynamic look than the vision most focused on the exclusivity and luxury that Bugatti likes to offer so much.

The front of the vehicle is truly wild, and the placement of its radiator surrounded by its headlights makes it really beautiful. It also features a carbon fibre splitter flanked by wide air intakes to improve aerodynamics and temperatures.

The roof and windows are also very low, which also help it stand apart from the “mainstream” and old-fashioned direction of the Chiron.

However, surprising as the front of the monstrous sports car may seem, its rear is even more interesting.

Instead of showing the engine through a window as we are used to in vehicles of this level, Hao offers us a vision where a carbon fibre piece with air intakes and a wing reminiscent of shark fins become the stars.

The fusion of this new concept with the rest of the beautiful design, especially highlighting the thin LED line of its rear lights in harmony with its large opening, gives the Type 100 a unique and distinctive look, being in my opinion, although unofficial, the most beautiful design I have seen on a Bugatti.

I hope the manufacturer’s own engineers study some detail of this render to try to reproduce it in their production, since honestly, we believe it would be worth seeing one of these become something tangible.
