Is the X3M and X35is in development?

An interesting rumour is circulating online this weekend, as it is reported that two high-performance packages are being developed for the future BMW X3.
It could be said that in both cases the information is abstract; however, we can mention that the BMW X35is will be equipped with the 3.0L engine that its name refers to.
Furthermore, it is assumed that the power output (322 CV) will be sent to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic dual-clutch gearbox, although a six-speed manual transmission should also be available.
And taking into account the statistics of the high-performance models from the German company, it is reported that the SUV will accelerate from 0-100 km in 5 seconds, and its top speed should be limited to 250 km.
On the other hand, the BMW X3M is a mystery and for that reason it is thought that it could arrive with the heart that will be found in the 1 Series M, although most likely it will come with a variant of the engine mentioned earlier.
