Lucid Motors Delivers Nearly 16,000 Vehicles in 2025

Lucid Motors closed 2025 with notable growth in deliveries, putting a total of 15,841 vehicles into the hands of its customers. This figure represents a 55 percent increase over the previous year. This achievement was made possible mainly as a result of the market launch of the brand’s second electric model, the Gravity SUV, at the end of 2024.

On the other hand, with regard to the fourth quarter of 2025, during this period Lucid Motors delivered 5,345 vehicles. This represents a 31 percent increase over the previous quarter, when it had surpassed the 4,000-unit mark for the first time, with a spectacular 72 percent rise over the same quarter of the previous year.

Additionally, production also accelerated considerably in the last quarter of 2025. In those three months, the assembly lines of Lucid Motors produced 8,412 vehicles. That is 116 percent more than in the previous quarter and 148 percent more than in the same quarter of last year.

Very positive annual results

Throughout 2025, the production of the California-based manufacturer reached 18,378 vehicles, more than doubling the previous year’s volume with growth of 104 percent. This figure slightly exceeded the expectation revised downward by the company’s management, which stood at around 18,000 vehicles, although it fell short of the initial target of 20,000 vehicles.

Lucid Motors has not yet made any official comment on these figures, but it is expected to do so during the quarterly results presentation on this coming February 24. The company had already anticipated difficulties in the launch of the Gravity, but had also forecast a strong rebound in its deliveries during the last quarter of the year, which these data appear to confirm. It is important to note, however, that the exact proportion of deliveries corresponding to each of the manufacturer’s two models on sale, the Air luxury saloon and the Gravity luxury SUV, is unknown.

Looking ahead, the company plans to continue expanding its range of electric models. In 2026, Lucid Motors will present its first mid-size electric model -possibly an SUV-, with a much more affordable price of around 50,000 dollars. This model is expected to boost the company’s annual deliveries once it reaches the market. Its presentation is scheduled for summer 2026, with production starting at the end of that year and the first deliveries in 2027.

In 2026, Lucid Motors also plans to considerably step up its commitment to autonomous mobility. Together with the technology company Nuro and with an investment of 300 million dollars made by Uber, a robotaxi based on the Gravity SUV is going to be developed. Road tests are already underway, and Uber plans to add at least 20,000 of these vehicles to its transport platform over the next six years.
