Mazda will take the Mazda 6 Wagon to the Paris Motor Show

After the Japanese brand presented the new generation of the Mazda 6 at the Moscow Motor Show, they now reveal the first images of its estate version, the Mazda 6 Wagon. So at the Paris Motor Show 2012 we will be able to see the full range of this model.

One of the main new features of the Mazda 6 Wagon is the new design language that the brand calls Kodo, where curves and aerodynamic shapes predominate, giving its exterior a much sportier character.

Another important novelty is the Skyactiv-D 2.2 engine, already introduced in the CX-5, which is expected to be available in two power outputs: 150 and 175 CV. This engine range is completed by two petrol units, the SKYACTIV-G 2.0 with 147 CV and the SKYACTIV-G 2.5 with 189 CV, all of them with the i-Stop engine start-stop system together with energy regeneration during braking.

As for other features, the Mazda 6 Wagon will come with automatic headlight control that detects oncoming vehicles and prevents dazzling, hill start assist and automatic emergency braking. For now the brand has revealed little more, so we will have to wait just 3 weeks to learn more about it.
