McLaren celebrates the 30th anniversary of its victory at Le Mans with the limited-edition 750S Le Mans
To mark the 30th anniversary of the F1 GTR’s victory at Le Mans, McLaren presents the 750S Le Mans to commemorate that feat for the English brand

It was in June, but of 1995, specifically on the 18th, when McLaren wrote its name in capital letters among the winners of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It did so in an epic way, not only by placing the number 59 McLaren F1 GTR driven by JJ Lehto, Yannick Dalmas and Masanori Sekiya at the very top of the podium, but also because the other three F1 GTRs crossed the finish line among the first five.
For now, McLaren has no further victories in such a legendary motor racing event, and I say “for now” because McLaren will return to race on the asphalt of the Sarthe circuit in 2027, so it has no choice but to remember and celebrate this victory. We are therefore about to mark no less than 30 years since that feat, and the English brand will celebrate it with a limited edition of just 50 units, named 750S Le Mans.

All McLaren 750S Le Mans models can be chosen in Grey Le Mans and Orange McLaren, joined by other contrasting areas such as the roof air intakes and the front wheel arch trims in carbon fibre, plus gloss black fenders for the latter. It also features the new high downforce aerodynamic kit (HDK), which increases downforce by 10% and includes an oversized gloss black carbon fibre front splitter, an active carbon fibre rear wing and a carbon fibre rear diffuser panel with slats in body colour.

The exterior is further modified with the fitting of Le Mans five-spoke wheels in Stealth finish, behind which sit brake calipers in a gold finish exclusive to this limited edition, which also feature the McLaren logo in red. The exhaust system, whose outlet is located in the centre of the rear, is made of natural-finish titanium.

For the interior, future owners of the McLaren 750S Le Mans can choose from two combinations: either Carbon Black Alcantara with Jet Black Softgrain leather and Dove Grey Alcantara, or, alternatively, Carbon Black Alcantara with Jet Black Softgrain leather and Alcantara in McLaren Orange. The “LM” logo is embroidered on the headrests and floor mats, and finally, if requested, a plaque located in the boot can be fitted, listing McLaren’s motorsport achievements, including its Le Mans victory, of course.

Mechanically, the McLaren 750S Le Mans continues to use its 4,000 cc twin-turbo V8, producing 750 CV and 800 Nm of torque, sent exclusively to the rear axle through a seven-speed automatic gearbox. These figures allow it to reach 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and a limited top speed of 332 km/h.
