More details of the Tata Nano Europe are revealed

A few days ago, Diego gave us some details about what the version of the Tata Nano intended for sale in Europe will be like. Today we know a few more details to help piece together the puzzle of the presentation of the famous Indian car in Europe, something many are waiting for.
To begin with, we can say that the Tata Nano Europe will not have a price similar to that in India. Naturally, with more changes to the European model, it will be more expensive than its Indian sibling. However, this is not so worrying, since a price of around 6,000 to 7,500 euros is being discussed, compared with the little over 1,500 it costs in India.
The two-cylinder engine would be replaced by a three-cylinder unit that delivers more power, and the four-speed gearbox of the Indian model would be replaced by a manual with five gears. From the anaemic 35 horsepower of the little two-cylinder engine, it will rise to 65 horsepower.
For the price mentioned above, the Nano Europe will feature independent suspension, ABS, traction control, electric power steering and two airbags. All of this for the same price? If the Nano can include these features at its price, it will be a worthy rival to more than one European brand.
