Perhaps one of the Audi that few or none of the aesthetic or mechanical add-ons need is the enormous Audi Q7, especially if it is the version equipped with the huge 4.2-litre V8 diesel engine, a model that the German tuner MR Car Design has specifically chosen as its base.

For this particular model, the MR guys have developed an exclusive complete bodykit consisting of a front bumper fitted with daytime LED lights above the fog lights, new headlights and even LED rear lights, discreet side skirts and a new, much more accomplished rear diffuser.

Although all of this might not look as good aesthetically without the new alloy wheels, in a 10-spoke Y design and 22 inches, fitted with huge tyres in 265/35 ZR22. That said, very little has changed inside apart from the inclusion of a new, much sportier multifunction steering wheel taken directly from the Audi RS6.

On the other hand, if what you’re looking for is more power, this may not be your tuning, although MR Car Design has tweaked the mechanical specifications of the 4.2 V8 diesel a little, increasing them by 48 horsepower and 110 Nm of maximum torque.

In this way we are looking at an engine that has gone from the 326 horsepower and 760 Nm of maximum torque this V8 diesel delivers from the factory to a more than considerable 374 horsepower and 870 Nm of maximum torque. On the other hand, MR Car Design has decided that the electronic speed limiter is superfluous on a model of this kind.
