OnePlus's new 7T Pro mobile phone outperforms every one presented to date
The McLaren OnePlus 7T Pro is the McLaren Speedtail of the brand’s phones developed in collaboration with OnePlus
This is not the first time we have covered the phones that McLaren offers to its customers. In fact, the collaboration agreement between the British operator and the equally English carmaker has already borne fruit, and the latest example was the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition phone, a phone as elegant and eye-catching as any of the rolling works of art built by the people from Woking.
Now, a new mobile phone is starting to go on sale, the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition. Like the McLaren Speedtail, the new device packs into a handset what the car maker offers in its road cars: a balanced combination of beauty and power.
Once again, the inclusion of papaya orange, the brand’s characteristic and distinctive colour, closely linked to competition, is elegantly integrated into the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition, evoking the speed of the single-seaters that have competed in the queen category of motor racing, Formula 1.

A high-tech and highly exclusive phone
In fact, the protective case made of carbon fibre and Alcantara of Italian origin is the same material that covers the interior of McLaren vehicles. A casing that wraps around the device and whose handcrafted manufacture incorporates classic design elements of McLaren.
As fast as its racing cars, this mobile phone is a communication and information processing device with incredibly fast performance, thanks to 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and it incorporates the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus technology, with unimaginable performance and efficiency.
Moreover, just as a car is the equivalent in the world of mobile phones, the 4,085 mAh battery of the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition charges up to 68 percent in 30 minutes, which is 23% faster than Warp Charge and an amount the manufacturer estimates is enough to last a day.
It also has a 6.67-inch Fluid display at 90 Hz, QHD+ resolution and, for photography lovers, a 48 MP triple camera, with the main lens offering a 117-degree wide angle.
This phone will go on sale from November 5th at a price of 859 euros.
