Peugeot and FOCAL join forces to create the best sound experience in the Peugeot 308

The sound on board a car is something buyers take into account. So it is no surprise that Peugeot has made efforts with the audio systems specialist FOCAL to create a sound setting well suited to its models.

It is the Peugeot 308 that has benefited from this collaboration. The two companies have worked together to create the FOCAL Hi-Fi system, which is integrated into the i-Cockpit and delivers the quality sought for a relaxed and focused drive. In addition to designing each of the speakers that form part of this project, they have studied the placement of each one inside the cabin.

Design adapted to the cabin

The interior has been designed by both companies, who have thoroughly studied the cabin so that the sound experience is as suitable as possible. Not only have the speakers been modified, but several elements have also been designed to house each speaker perfectly.

Nothing has been left to chance: even the boot design has been optimised to accommodate the subwoofer installed in it. The result is that the sound spreads very evenly and provides a highly satisfying listening experience. The sound atmosphere is stable and precise, the voices are clear and detailed, and the bass is striking and deep.

A design created specially for the Peugeot 308

The Hi-Fi FOCAL sound system has been built with FOCAL’s exclusive technology, using designs patented by the company itself.
