Porsche 911: three new powerful versions with all-wheel drive are ready
The Porsche 911 4S has presented three new variants, all available with all-wheel drive and ready to offer a remarkable driving experience behind the wheel.

The new Porsche 911 Carrera 4S is one of the most beloved variants among fans of the Stuttgart brand in Spain and Portugal, and it leaves no one indifferent who enjoys driving a 911. Until now there were three variants of this version on the market, but now three new variants have arrived to complement the German model’s lineup.
The three new versions available for this variant are the Cabriolet, the Coupé and the Targa. All three sit below the Porsche 911 GTS, at least in terms of power. However, their engine delivers excellent performance which, together with all-wheel drive and the extensive catalogue of personalisation options, makes it a very attractive car.

The three new models offer all-wheel drive and prioritise power to both axles when needed, rather than the rear-wheel drive typical of a model of this kind. The Porsche Traction Management (PTM) system increases the torque at the front axle to deliver traction and stability, which translates into greater comfort on every journey.
The clutch distributes power between both axles, and it’s worth noting that the Porsche 911 S4 Targa is the only one available solely with all-wheel drive, whereas the other two can be chosen with rear-wheel drive.

A more powerful and efficient engine
In the case of the Porsche 911 4S we find an improved engine. It is the 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six that produces 480 CV, an increase of 30 CV over the previous version. To achieve this gain, the engineers worked on an optimised intercooler, drawing inspiration from the Porsche 911 Turbo.
The engine in these variants is paired with an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission, which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds with the Chrono package and reach a top speed of 308 km/h.
The standout model of these three variants is the Porsche 911 4S Targa, a bodystyle that has been on the market for six decades. The current version can retract its roof automatically in 19 seconds. It features a roll bar and a wraparound rear window reminiscent of the original model.

Another of its features is the rear-wheel steering, which allows greater control on every journey. In the case of the Targa and the Cabrio, it has four seats, while the Coupé version has only front seats. All three come with 20- and 21-inch wheels and a new design. The Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV+) system and a sporty exhaust system with the distinctive sound typical of the 911 complete these three new versions of the Porsche 911 4S.
Equipment of the Porsche 911 versions
As standard we also find the leather pack, Matrix LED headlights and a wireless charger for the smartphone. The exterior mirrors have electric folding and the frame is illuminated. It also includes the Light Design pack and an integrated rain sensor, along with an interesting range of ADAS. And of course, there is a wide variety of customisation options available to order, including colours, materials, audio systems, optional ADAS and roof design.
In Spain, the price of these variants is:
- Porsche 911 Carrera 4S: 188,083 euros.
- Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet: 204,122 euros.
- Porsche 911 Targa 4S: 206,201 euros.
