Presentation of the Seat León ST Cupra at the Vienna Motor Show

The first motor shows of the year are already here, and they are showcasing the main new models for the coming months. One of those already under way and presenting these changes is the Vienna Motor Show, held these days, where the new Seat León ST Cupra has been presented, the brand’s new model for the whole world.
The Seat León Cupra ST has two versions, depending on its power output. It features a 2.0 TSI engine with double injection and variable valve timing, delivering 265 CV and 280 CV, the highest in the range. This power is sent to the wheels through a manual or automatic gearbox, depending on preference, and achieves a electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 6 seconds, although with the manual gearbox it is one tenth of a second slower.
The power and the top speed are improved thanks to the application of other technological advances. For example, this model includes the DCC adaptive chassis control, the VAQ active limited-slip differential, progressive steering and the CUPRA Drive Profile, which help to improve the quality and performance of the car.
In terms of exterior design, a somewhat higher level of equipment can be obtained with the 280 CV version. Specifically, customers can opt for the LED headlight unit and 19-inch alloy wheels to replace the 18-inch wheels fitted as standard.
This LED lighting is part of the new brand image of Seat, which seeks in this way to offer greater functionality in several respects and to create a modern, up-to-date image that is, above all, technologically advanced.
One piece of information still missing on this model is the final price it will have once it reaches the market. With this model, the brand says, it will reaffirm its policy of offering excellent value for money, one of the flagships of Seat.
