Lamborghini Mercedes Tesla Urus SUV
Race between Tesla Model X VS Urus VS G63 VS SVR. Who will win?
That’s right, you read that correctly. Today we bring you one of the most epic races in SUV history. On the asphalt, Tesla Model X, Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes G63 and Range Rover SVR go head to head. Who will win this battle of titans?
We rarely get the chance to witness races as epic as the one we bring you below. Drag races are almost always full of supercars that hardly anyone’s wallet can afford, and although it’s always great to see that kind of sports car, today we bring you a race between four of the most extreme SUVs on the market.
On one side we find the Tesla Model X, a technological SUV powered by electricity whose acceleration is instantaneous and which, by the way, to all appearances seems to be the clear winner of this drag race. It has 762 hp and 1052 Nm of torque…

In another lane is the Lamborghini Urus, the first SUV from the coveted Italian manufacturer, which, by the way, is showing a color we would describe as eye-catching, to say the least. It has 641 hp and 850 Nm of torque.

A Mercedes G63 sits beside it and, to be honest, anyone looking at that chassis, or that great ground clearance, thinks more of a true old-school 4×4 than a monster of straight-line acceleration, but you never know. It has 577 hp and 850 Nm of torque.

Last but not least, we find a Range Rover SVR, a true monster built to handle any condition and to drain any wallet thanks to its fuel consumption. It has 575 hp and 700 Nm of torque.

Without further ado, let’s watch this video to see what these four monsters are capable of, and find out who the rightful winner is:

As you may have noticed, the result, unfortunately, and with no corners involved, was obvious. The Tesla Model X, thanks to its practically instantaneous acceleration, is capable of reaching the finish line in 11.3 seconds, followed by a respectable time of 11.9 seconds from the Lamborghini Urus, which has shown that, despite being new to the SUV segment, when it comes to injecting sportiness into its models, it remains one of the best manufacturers in the world in this respect.
In the last two positions we find a surprising result. The Mercedes G63 takes third place in 12.3 seconds, that is, very close to the Lamborghini Urus.
In last place is the one that, after the Urus, has the most aggressive look of the four: the Range Rover SVR crosses the line in 12.9 seconds, a time that perhaps makes us think the driver’s start was not the best possible.

In any case, this is one of those drag races to remember and show your friends when they ask you which is the fastest SUV in the world, at least when it comes to acceleration.
