The new Renault Care 5 plan from Renault, which is being launched exclusively in Spain, is a very worthwhile option for buyers of a new car from the French brand. At a price of €650 for electric models, such as the Renault ZOE or the Mégane E-TECH Electric, and from €750 for models with combustion engines, this plan extends the official warranty to 5 years and includes free maintenance and roadside assistance for that same period.

With this programme, customers who buy a Renault can stop worrying entirely about breakdowns or the cost of servicing during the first five years or the first 80,000 km (whichever comes first), at a price much lower than what they would pay for annual servicing at the workshop over those five years without the plan.

What does Renault Care 5 free maintenance include?

According to the brand, this plan, which was launched four months ago in the Spanish market, has been chosen by more than 70% of buyers of a new Renault model. Customers can take out Renault Care 5 at the time of purchasing a new car, whether they pay in cash or opt for financing.

Each maintenance operation includes a complete vehicle inspection, a check of more than 30 control points and the replacement of the parts and fluids covered by scheduled maintenance, such as the engine oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter or spark plugs.
