RIMAC shows the first production Nevera to roll off the factory line
RIMAC’s plant in Croatia has announced that the first production unit of the Nevera is now out on the road and will serve as a showcase vehicle.

The time has come to see how the first RIMAC Nevera unit rolls out of the factory in Croatia. It has been a long and demanding effort that has culminated in this vehicle, which marks the start of deliveries to the fortunate first customers.
This unit, which is designated #000, is already a 100% production-spec car and, although it is a milestone for the company, it will not be going to any customer’s garage. It is being kept as a showcase car, so the brand can display it at events and attract the attention of prospective buyers.

A road full of challenges
RIMAC has been through a long and complicated journey to reach this point. Production of this model coincided with the pandemic, the subsequent semiconductor shortage and now the delicate situation in Ukraine.
Even so, the path that has led here, following the development of three generations of powertrain technology, the manufacture of 18 prototypes, 45 physical crash tests and a total of 1.6 million development hours and work by the brand’s engineers, has now reached its conclusion.

Manufacturing of the first models is underway, and those customers who reserved one first will soon have it at home, ready to drive. Sales will be handled through the network of 25 dealerships the brand has set up around the world.
Production is set up to build 50 units a year, with a total of 150 units. Each one will be unique, as a wide selection of customisable elements has been prepared. There are 36 standard body colours, plus several livery decoration options and three levels of exposed carbon fibre, including a full carbon-fibre body.
For the interior, work has gone into offering a good selection of finishes. These include a choice of leathers, Alcantara and decorative elements, with various materials so that each owner can choose their dream car.
Batteries and motors
As an update, the RIMAC Nevera has been fitted with 120 kWh batteries. These feed four motors producing a combined output of 1,408 kW, equivalent to 1,887 CV, and a not-inconsiderable peak torque of 2,360 Nm. With these figures, it reaches 0 to 100 km/h in 1.85 seconds.
An electric hypercar that is already ready to write exciting stories with its new owners behind the wheel, and from which we will soon begin to hear their drivers’ experiences.
