SEAT range update for the Ibiza and León

SEAT has updated the engine options and equipment of many of its models, specifically the SEAT Ibiza and the León. In addition, two new colours are available as options, White and Crono Yellow, the latter exclusive to these two models.
The SEAT Ibiza introduces the 1.2 TDI CR engine with 75 CV in the Reference trim, replacing the 1.4 TDI engine with 80 CV. This three-cylinder unit reduces fuel consumption from 4.3 to 3.8 litres per 100 kilometres and CO2 emissions from 114 g to just 99 g per 100 kilometres travelled. Its price will be €15,240 for the 5-door version and €14,900 for the SC version. Also, before summer the Ecomotive version will arrive, with just 89 g per 100 km, and the SEAT Good Stuff campaign will be launched in collaboration with Shakira.
The Seat León tb introduces a new fuel-saving engine, adding the 1.2 TSI engine with 105 CV and a 6-speed gearbox in the Reference trim. Emissions and consumption of this four-cylinder unit are reduced by 20%, now delivering figures of 5.7 litres per 100 km and 132 g per kilometre. Hill start assist is introduced as standard across the range except the Emoción, where this model is priced at €17,200.
Seat has got serious about consumption and emissions, reducing both markedly to target an increasingly environmentally conscious public, wary of the propaganda surrounding ecology in the motor industry.
