Skoda Rapid Sport at the Wörthersee

Continuing with the models that will be presented at the Wörthersee, we told you about the Seat León Cup Racer and now we move on to Skoda and the presentation of the Rapid Sport, which in this case is not only the calm alternative to the Fabia and the Octavia, but also completely changes its look thanks to a careful tuning focused on the aesthetics of the model.
Skoda’s foray into the Wörthersee already has the precedent of the last model presented, none other than the Skoda Fabia RS 2000 from 2011, a car that later served as one of the tools used as a base by the brand’s motorsport department. In this case, the Rapid Sport has been equipped with a detail-focused body kit, which will not leave us indifferent.
The vehicle is painted in a combination of metallic colours called “Fire Red” and “Steel Grey” and fitted with 19-inch red alloy wheels. At the front, new spoilers and an air intake in the front skirt can be seen, along with generously sized mudguards and wider wheel arches.
At the rear it will feature a new bumper with the two exhausts integrated and a circumferential carbon frame around the lights that completes the rear section. The sporty design is accentuated inside the car, with Recaro seats, illuminated door sills and a new sports steering wheel.
As we said, pure and hard tuning done “in-house” by Skoda, but which will undoubtedly be one of the brand’s poles of attraction, as it has already shown that it can design appealing models for the Wörthersee for those who enjoy this kind of modification.
