Tesla opens reservations in Spain for the launch edition of the refreshed Model Y 2025 from €61,970
Following this launch edition, it is expected that, within a few months, other versions will also reach the market, including the most affordable entry-level one.
Two weeks after its launch in Asia, the refreshed Model Y 2025 can now also be reserved on the Tesla website for Spain and many other European countries. The opening of reservations also comes just a few days after the first reports emerged claiming that production of the refreshed Model Y had also started at the Berlin Gigafactory.
If you go to the Tesla website for Spain or any other European market right now, you will see that, in addition to the various versions of the “old” Model Y that have been on sale until now, it is also possible to reserve the launch edition of the refreshed Model Y 2025.

The options available when configuring your new Model Y 2025 are, however, very limited. First of all, it should be noted that this launch edition corresponds to the Long Range version with all-wheel drive and dual electric motors. If you are interested, for example, in the entry-level version with an LFP battery pack and a single electric motor, which is the most in demand, then you will have to keep waiting patiently, as it cannot yet be reserved.
Price and availability
Tesla is selling this launch edition for €60,990, although the final price will be €61,970 because, as the manufacturer itself explains on its website, €980 for destination and documentation fees must be added to the initial figure. Tesla also states that the first deliveries will take place next March. So it will be from this spring onwards that we will begin to see units of the refreshed Model Y 2025 on our city streets more and more frequently.
Configuring the launch edition of this new model could not be quicker or simpler, since, as we have already mentioned, very few options are offered. For the time being, there are only two paint colours: Solid Black or Mercury Silver. The good news is that both are included at no extra cost.

As for the wheels, you don’t need to think too much about which to choose: the vehicle comes as standard with 20-inch Helix 2.0 wheels, and there is no other alternative. The same applies to the interior, which for the time being is only available in black.
The level of driver assistance is the only thing that can increase the final price of the vehicle
Thus, apart from choosing between two paint colours, the only decision we will have to make is whether we want it to include the Enhanced Autopilot, which costs an additional €3,800, or the Full Self-Driving Capability, which costs €7,500. Obviously, it is also possible to forgo either of these two packages so as not to increase the price of the vehicle and keep the capabilities of the basic Autopilot, which carries no additional cost.

Finally, it should be pointed out that Tesla announces a WLTP range of 568 km for this launch edition of the Tesla Model Y 2025. Its top speed is limited to 201 km/h, and it is capable of reaching 100 km/h from a standstill in just 4.3 seconds.
