The Alpine A110 updates the equipment across its entire range and adds the A110 R Turini version

Alpine takes the opportunity to present the new A110 R Turini version, as well as updating the equipment of the rest of the versions ahead of 2024

Few brands know how to stretch their lineup the way Alpine does, with a single base model and several versions focused on the use or priorities you have, to which a new one is now added and, as a preview, a rather radical one. In addition, Alpine has taken the opportunity to update the equipment of its range for 2024, enriching it with better standard equipment.

The versions Alpine makes available for the A110 are very versatile; some of them will suit you even if you’re looking for a car practically built for trackdays, something they addressed earlier this year with the exclusive A110 R version. Precisely this exclusivity makes the A110 R harder to get, so to speed things up and make deliveries faster, Alpine now presents the A110 R Turini.

But don’t be fooled: the Alpine A110 R Turini, whose name, by the way, refers to the Turini pass that the Monte Carlo Rally runs through, differs from the A110 R only in its wheels. The A110 R Turini comes as standard with 18-inch matt black GT Race alloy wheels, more conventional and easier to live with day to day than the carbon-fibre wheels fitted as standard on the A110 R.

Otherwise, the Alpine A110 R Turini remains in essence a pure, hardcore A110 R, where carbon fibre appears in a multitude of parts that manage to cut no less than 34 kilograms compared with the A110 S. On top of this lightness, in an already light car, you have the specific chassis tuning and its excellent 300 CV engine with 340 Nm of torque, figures that give it a power-to-weight ratio of 3.6 kg/CV and genuine supercar performance, such as acceleration to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds.

Furthermore, as I mentioned above, Alpine is using the arrival of the A110 R Turini to give the A110 range more attractive equipment. In this way, the base A110 with its 252 CV engine will be your best ally if you want a sports car that stands out in several respects, and it also comes with standard features such as 18-inch Sérac alloy wheels, 320 mm ventilated discs, electrically folding exterior mirrors and aluminium passenger footrest pedals.

Stronger thrills start one step up with the A110 GT, a vehicle that will be ideal for those seeking a sports car for both everyday use and long journeys. Here the power rises to 300 CV, and its standard equipment adds items such as 18-inch diamond-cut Grand Prix wheels in black, side monograms with the brand logo, a Focal Premium audio system, an electrochromic anti-glare rear-view mirror and heated seats.

Finally, before reaching the “R” versions, there is the Alpine A110 S, also with 300 CV but with equipment and specifications that are already more focused on the circuit than on the street. This shows in the fact that it can optionally be fitted with semi-slick tyres and a specific aerodynamic kit to make the track experience even more enjoyable. As standard it already comes with Fuchs forged 18-inch wheels, headlights with black boomerang-shaped lenses and an electrochromic interior mirror.

From today Alpine is accepting orders for the 2024 A110 range, although production will not begin until next March, with prices starting at 67,800 euros for the A110, 79,100 euros for the A110 GT, followed by 80,900 euros for the A110 S and, finally, the A110 R Turini and A110 R starting at 108,000 and 114,000 euros respectively.
