The Audi Q7 grows to join the club

The club of SUV limousines, of course. Well, SUV or not SUV, there are already many eye-catching models, both sporty and off-road, that end up being honorable guests [or ill-fated victims] of companies that stretch their chassis to make room for luxury.

The one you see in the pictures is, at least as far as I know, one of the first limousines built from the Audi Q7. It was spotted by a reader of Autoblog.nl on the streets of New York, a city where you can rent one with 9 friends for three hours for the (modest?) sum of 500 dollars (322 euros in these parts).

It may be the height of many things I’d rather not mention, but hell, is there a better way to tour the Big Apple for a day?
