The BMW M3 is dressed in parts from the M Performance division and gains presence
Although no M Performance version of the BMW X3 is planned, the brand has wanted to bring the model’s image closer to this variant with a body kit.

The new BMW X3 does not yet have a high-performance version under the well-known M badge, but the brand has wanted it to look very close to what that sporty variant could be. They have done so by fitting parts that come from the M Performance division, creating a rather attractive image of the model.
These additional elements are made from carbon fibre-reinforced plastics (CFRP), high-strength aramid and glossy polyurethane. These parts not only enhance the model’s decorative appearance but also improve the aerodynamic capabilities of the SUV.

At the front, the new splitter in gloss black stands out, designed to match the M Sport bumper, which also has a dark finish, as well as the grille. The 22-inch light alloy wheels have Y-shaped spokes. That said, 20-inch wheels are also available, compatible with both winter and summer tyres. The M-specific wing mirrors, the Frozen Black side vinyls and the carbon fuel cap give this version the more lively and dynamic look it is meant to project.

BMW X3 WITH M PERFORMANCE PARTS
At the rear, we find an M Performance treatment with a more sporty bumper, a new diffuser and a considerably sized roof spoiler. All these elements are finished in gloss black, although in the case of the spoiler it can optionally be chosen in body colour.
The range-topping X3 M50 xDrive offers quad carbon exhaust tips. With all this, the variant with these elements could pass for an X3 M, although the M50 badge on the tailgate gives it away.
Inside there are also M Performance elements, although in this case they are limited to the door sills, which carry the brand logo in carbon or aluminium, stainless steel pedals and floor mats exclusive to the model with contrast stitching. There are other small details, such as the keyring made from Alcántara and various elements bearing the M of the sporting pack.
An M version of the X3 is not expected, something that seems to be reserved for its electric version, the Neue Klasse iX3, which will reach the market next year.
