The Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED is a one-of-a-kind convertible that turns a Mercedes into something special
The Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED is a one-of-a-kind convertible, transformed by this company to give it a more striking look and higher performance.

The need for a unique luxury vehicle is what drives firms such as Brabus to create special models, turning cars that need little modification into something almost one-of-a-kind. Its latest known project is the Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED, a convertible that stands out for its look and its characteristics.
This spectacular car is based on the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S Performance, a convertible that gains presence and becomes more than the production model. Attention has been paid to detail and work has been done so that the model gains presence. To do so, Brabus has used several parts from its catalogue of spare parts to enhance its image.

A spectacular bodywork
The bodywork panels have been created specifically for this model. This can be seen in elements such as the front wings with aerodynamic ducts and the design of the rear ones, which extend to the rear spoiler. The bodywork colour is Deep Red, which covers all the bodywork elements made of carbon fibre that dress the vehicle.

That same style extends to the wheels signed by Brabus, which feature spokes in this colour, so the whole exterior displays a very recognisable and visually strong style. Curiously, although it is a convertible, it is a car designed for the family, so it offers quite a spacious interior.
Inside, the Deep Red colour is repeated in the upholstery and the style is very similar to the exterior. Almost everything inside is leather, although there are plastic elements and other materials to complement the style.
Improved engine
Obviously, as this is a Brabus conversion, the engine of the donor car does not stay the same. The Mercedes-AMG SL 63 S has an engine that delivers 805 CV, although the V8 engine now reaches 985 CV of power and a maximum torque of 1,817 Nm. This figure is so high that Brabus has announced that this torque is electronically limited to prevent the drivetrain components from wearing out.
With this modified engine, the Brabus Rocket GTC DEEP RED is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 317 km/h.
To acquire this transformed model you need 697,800 euros, a figure that is out of reach for the average person, but for those who can afford it, it will be a gift to drive a one-of-a-kind convertible.
