The Bentley Continental GT Convertible Number 1 Edition by Mulliner will be limited to 100 units. The luxury brand continues its celebrations of the centenary year and, as it could not be otherwise, has just launched a new limited edition model based on the Bentley Continental GT that pays tribute to the legendary Bentley Blower No 1 of 1929.

It is named the Bentley Continental GT Convertible Number 1 Edition by Mulliner and is a modern interpretation of the iconic racing car, which will be produced in a limited series of 100 units worldwide.

Each of the one hundred numbered units of the new Bentley Continental GT Convertible Number 1 Edition by Mulliner will feature an 18-carat gold-plated badge, as well as a piece of history: a small spinning wheel taken from a piston of the Bentley Blower No 1 of 1929.

This gift is set in resin inside the rotating display of Bentley, recalling the spinning wheels found on many classic models of the premium brand.

Bentley Continental GT Convertible Number 1 Edition by Mulliner, this is how it is

Based on the Bentley Continental GT Convertible, the new collector’s model is powered by a six-litre W12 engine capable of delivering 626 CV. The Number 1 Edition by Mulliner is available in two colours: Dragon Red II or Beluga. Both colour options feature a folding roof that can be chosen in Claret or Beluga.

The car’s equipment also includes the Centenary package, the Black Line specification, the carbon fibre bodykit and the front grille with the number 1 painted on it.

The Bentley Centenary Specification Pack includes Centenary badges on the rear and in the wheel centres, Centenary LED welcome lights, a Centenary badge on the gear lever and steering wheel. In addition, we must not forget the Centenary badge that can be seen on the key fob. Other distinctive style elements include jewelled filler caps and oil caps, as well as 22-inch MDS wheels in Cricket Ball or Gloss Black finish.

Inside, the 100-unit limited edition of the Continental GT Convertible features a new two-tone main leather split in Cricket Ball or Beluga, completed by Heritage leather on the seat and door panels. Other details include a B badge debossed on the headrests and door inserts, Grand Black wood veneer with 18-carat gold-plated organ stop, and the steering wheel and gear lever trimmed in Alcantara. A Number 1 tread plate insert and a British Jaeger watch with a Number 1 dial complete the package.
