The Dacia Jogger gets camperized thanks to Camperiz

We already know that Dacia is working on a camperized version of the Jogger, but a Spanish company has beaten it to it. Camperiz has developed a module to fit in the boot of the Romanian estate. This takes up the entire boot, so users will have to forget about the third row of seats. But there is no need to worry, because the two front rows remain intact and offer the comfort needed for travelling.

The Camperiz module offers a folding double bed. It measures 1.05 metres wide and unfolds over the rear, lowering the rear row of seats. The mattress is not on the van’s floor, but on a platform. Beneath this platform is a storage space. Its 60 litres can hold products to enjoy that outdoor camping experience.

There is also a small 15-litre fridge and a sink. The sink has a tap with an extendable hose, which can be used as a shower. This tap is fed by water stored in a 12-litre tank. A gas cooker is also included, although in this case it is optional and must be requested separately.

Inside the Jogger’s cabin, two USB ports have been fitted for charging mobile devices, as well as a 12-volt socket. It also has LED lighting, all powered by a 100-amp auxiliary battery. To protect against bad weather, the windows are insulated and can also be tinted.

Among the optional equipment in the camperization kit for the Dacia Jogger by Camperiz are a folding table and chairs, a hot water system, heating and a retractable awning. There is also a roof box, which has a capacity of 480 litres and compensates for the lack of boot space.

If you opt for a roof rack, it can be adapted to carry bicycles or surfboards, for example. This camperization makes this vehicle one of the most affordable models of its kind on the market. The most basic version costs 23,295 euros, although you can opt for the most complete version at a price of 28,728 euros.
