The duo Aston Martin DBZ Centenary Collection is already ready for its presentation with the DB4 GT Zagato
Aston Martin wants to offer an exclusive option to its customers with the manufacture of a pair of cars that pay tribute to the DB4 Zagato, sold as a set

Aston Martin is not only capable of building fantastic cars, but also often produces very attractive versions of earlier models. And in this case, what it has done is pay tribute to the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato and create a pair of models that revive this vehicle, one in a classic style and the other in a current, modern style. It has named this collection Aston Martin DBZ Centenary Collection and will build only 19 pairs of cars, which will be sold together.
The Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato Continuation was the first to be presented. With a classic look that lets you imagine the appearance of cars from earlier eras, it is handmade and manages to keep the look of the model built between 1960 and 1963, but with modern touches in places such as the seats, made of carbon fibre.

Aston Martin DBS Zagato, the missing pair
To complete this tribute duo to the models of Aston Martin, the brand has presented the Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato, a model based on the DBS Superleggera and designed by Zagato, the famous Italian design house. There are quite a few changes compared with the standard model, since the aim is to make this model even more attractive.

The first thing we can make out is a new grille, with sharper and more aggressive bars. The roof uses Zagato’s classic double-bubble design, a single continuous fibreglass panel that has no rear window. This visibility problem is solved by fitting a rear camera.
A curious detail is the use of 28-carat gold for the front and rear badges, a touch that already makes it unique. There are more exclusive details, such as the use of materials like carbon and metal, which were printed on a 3D printer. Printing these elements takes around 100 hours, and the material then had to be sanded and polished before fitting.
Turning to the engine, the Aston Martin DBS Zagato has a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 block and delivers 760 CV. With all these figures, we are left to say how much this pair of cars costs. The price of the two vehicles is 6 million pounds sterling, so this exclusive and very limited collection is designed for only a select few.
