The Ford Falcon FVP GT Black begins production in limited numbers in Australia

Yes, I know it is one of the most old-fashioned cars still on sale, but for some strange reason I like the Ford Falcon they build down there in the antipodes, and every now and then we get news of what Ford Australia is up to.
At the now almost forgotten international show in Melbourne, Ford presented this concept called Falcon FPV GT Black, aiming to gauge the public’s reaction to such a beast. And since Australians are very fond of anything related to the Falcon, the reaction has been positive and production will begin in limited numbers.
The Falcon FPV GT Black comes loaded with body accessories, with the five-litre V8 engine from the Mustang producing 450 hp.
Even looking at how menacing it appears in the photo, Ford still hasn’t decided to add anything to this Falcon beyond cosmetic changes, as the suspension and brakes have not been modified as the concept promised.
The edition of this car will be limited to 125 units, and its price will be around 68,000 euros, at current exchange rates.
