Aventador KIA Lamborghini Supercars Videos
The Kia Forte teases the Lamborghini Aventador in a very peculiar way
The Kia Forte has decided to take on the Lamborghini Aventador on the track. The Korean brand has attacked every weak point of the Italian supercar.

In today’s world, car enthusiasts dream of one day owning a supercar or at least experiencing what it feels like to be behind the wheel of one. These extreme vehicles compete to see which one is the fastest on the track, leaving everything else aside. However, a car from another segment has mustered up the courage to take on one of these supercars. Specifically, the new Kia Forte has decided to face off against a formidable Lamborghini Aventador.
The latest generation of the Kia Forte was unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show, aiming to represent the saloon segment for the Korean brand. It will be marketed mainly in the United States and is intended to compete directly with models such as the Volkswagen Jetta and similar cars, but on this occasion Kia has set the bar much higher. The Forte has wanted to go head to head on the track with the all-powerful Lamborghini Aventador.
It is true that these are completely opposite vehicles and that the Italian supercar has every advantage in terms of performance, but the Korean brand has attacked every weak point of the fiercest bull. They have reflected this in a television advert, and the chosen location was a circuit, even though the elements that were going to be pitted against each other did not require this setting.

Mechanically speaking, the Aventador features a powerful 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 capable of delivering 700 CV of power and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in under three seconds. On the other hand, the Kia Forte offers a 2.0-litre engine with 149 CV and an Atkinson cycle. Without a doubt, the figures speak for themselves, but the Forte has some features that can beat the Lamborghini in every respect.
The first thing referred to in this advert is the type of doors on both vehicles, suggesting that it is much easier to access the cabin of the Korean saloon than that of the Aventador. Furthermore, the Forte’s boot offers 427 litres of capacity, compared with the small luggage compartment at the front of the supercar. The Kia can accommodate up to five passengers and, at the same time, comes with the latest technological innovations.

“Okay, the Aventador is faster on the track, but for $400,000 less you can buy a Forte”, these are the words the Kia has resorted to in order to compare its latest saloon with the Lamborghini, seeking to create advertising that is ironic yet entertaining and good-natured at the same time. We will see how the Italian firm responds.
