A few days ago we learned the final look of the Lancia Delta Model Year 2014, which includes some aesthetic modifications that allow it to stay up to date in the market. Today we know it can already be reserved at the official dealer network with a discounted price of 16,150 euros.

The new Lancia Delta arrives on the market with a high level of personalisation and equipment, as it offers 4 trim levels (Steel, Silver, Gold and the special “S” version), two diesel engines and one petrol engine, 12 body colours and 5 alloy wheels of 16”, 17” and 18”.

Among the aesthetic novelties, the body-coloured side skirts and bumpers stand out, along with the chrome double exhaust system. Antracite grey is added to the colour range to reach the 12 available colours, 4 of which can be combined with a Eclipse Black Gloss roof, creating a two-tone body.

For the interior, two new soft perforated leather upholsteries are added, available in two colour variants: black or beige. In addition, the Lancia Delta gains in interior space and comfort, complemented by boot capacity that increases up to 380 litres. As mentioned earlier, the Delta arrives on the market with four equipment levels: Steel, Silver, Gold and the special “S” version.

The first version, the Steel, includes the following basic equipment: 16″ wheels, CD/MP3 radio, manual air conditioning, multifunction steering wheel with radio controls, front and rear electric windows, black technical fabric seats, with front seats adjustable in height and a sliding split rear seat. Externally, the side skirts and bumpers in body colour stand out, as do the electric wing mirrors. In terms of safety, the Delta proves itself a benchmark with front airbags, curtain airbags, cornering fog lights, ESP with Hill Holder and Isofix anchorages.

In the next trim, the Silver, the driver can enjoy cruise control, 16″ alloy wheels, Carbony fabric seats with Alcantara details, lumbar adjustment for the driver’s seat, leather multifunction steering wheel, tinted windows, front armrest, body-coloured gloss black exterior mirrors and chrome window surrounds. For those wanting the Blue&Me system, dual-zone air conditioning, quilted leather seats or the Visibility Pack with photosensitive interior mirror and rain and light sensors, the choice is the Gold trim.

The sporty version is in the hands of the Delta MY 14 “S”, created in collaboration with the Momodesign firm, and includes: 18” alloy wheels with a darkened interior, sporty seat upholstery in fabric and leather with blue stitching, matching the steering wheel, gear knob and door panels; eco-chrome finish on the front grille, fog lights and exterior mirrors, and instrument cluster dials with a specific yellow design. Optional equipment includes the “Magic Parking” semi-automated parking system, auto-adaptive xenon headlights or the Instant Nav navigation system with a 6.5” screen.

Regarding engines, it offers two diesel versions and one petrol: 1.6 Multijet 105 CV, 1.6 Multijet 120 CV and 1.4 Turbo-Jet LPG 120 CV. Finally, the price: the Lancia Delta MY starts at 23,400 euros for the 1.6 Multijet 105 CV with Steel equipment, up to 26,700 euros for the special edition “S” 1.6 Multijet 120 CV. However, considering the promotional and launch discount, we can purchase the Delta for around 16,150 euros.
