The MANSORY Le MANSORY UNDER ARMOUR is a unique model with a strong sporting spirit

The tuner Mansory and the clothing brand Under Armour have begun collaborating to offer a unique vehicle that aims to appear at the main sporting events in the United States. This model is based on the colours of the sportswear brand, yellow and black. This car is named MANSORY Le MANSORY X UNDER ARMOUR and it is truly spectacular.

The model has been prepared to be presented during the NBA All-Star event, a show that receives a great deal of attention from spectators and is the ideal setting to present a very special vehicle. The car will not be the only thing we will see thanks to this collaboration, as the launch of a pair of sneakers is also planned, combining the luxury that is Mansory’s signature with the performance of the brand’s footwear.

The Le Mansory was launched in 2020 and was based on the Ford GT, a model with a long history behind it, as it was created to compete at Le Mans. It became popular after achieving a triple victory in this famous competition, under the name Ford GT40. Later it lost the numbers and became simply the Ford GT.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the brand, Mansory put the Ford GT in its workshop and turned it into this exclusive model. It has now reinforced its image with the collaboration of Under Armour and has been fitted with some special features for a tour of the United States as a commercial draw for both companies.

The bodywork

The new version of Le MANSORY x UNDER ARMOUR features a width five centimetres greater than previous versions. Aerodynamics have also been improved, providing a better driving experience behind the wheel. The LED headlights are of a new design and have been developed specifically for this unique version. It has four individual headlights that give the car a recognisable light signature and distinguish it from the standard Ford GT.

The larger air intakes and the rear spoiler, which features integrated flaps to improve the car’s handling. As for the wheels, they measure 9×21 inches at the front and 12×21 inches at the rear. They are yellow and black, matching the bodywork. The FC.5 design is adapted to the model’s design and to the increase in engine power the model benefits from.

The interior has been worked on so that it also matches the exterior. The materials used are of high quality and include leather, carbon fibre and Alcantara. The design is pleasing and harmonious, creating a luxurious and attractive space, in keeping with what the car aims to offer.

Engine

Besides the spectacular look of the MANSORY X UNDER ARMOUR Le MANSORY, work has also been done on the twin-turbo V6 engine. The power of the twin-turbo V6 engine has been increased from 656 CV to 710 CV and 840 Nm of torque. Engine management has been modified and a top speed of 354 km/h has been achieved, compared with the 347 km/h offered by the standard version.
