7 Designs has already been working on the Maserati MC20, the model with which it has just unveiled the Aria kit, an extremely aggressive styling kit.

The supercar segment recently welcomed a new member ready to change everything and take control of the game. We are referring to the Maserati MC20, a vehicle that arrives as a fresh new blood for the trident brand and set to take up, in a way, the legacy of the Maserati MC12. The brand’s bet is very promising, but we still need to find out how it performs on the asphalt, an event that will take place very soon once it goes on sale. In the meantime, companies such as 7 Designs already exist, ready to make the MC20 an even more radical car.

That’s right, the American tuner has just launched a styling kit for the Italian supercar in an effort to enhance its essence. For now, we don’t have the list of changes this package involves, but at first glance we can see juicy innovations that not only promise to make the Maserati MC20 more imposing, but also to improve its aerodynamics.

This kit is called Aria, and it has been designed to highlight that the MC20 is not an ordinary car and to pay tribute to the racing variant of the supercar. To achieve this, the people at 7 Designs have opted for a series of parts capable of making the standard Maserati MC20 look like a different car.

At the front we find a specific splitter, side canards and an air intake on the roof finished in carbon fibre. The side features new side skirts and wheels of an unknown size but designed exclusively for this version. However, the highlight is found at the rear, an area where a new exhaust position stands out, a considerably sized spoiler and a more aggressive diffuser.

As far as mechanics are concerned, no modifications are expected, which means the Nettuno engine remains unchanged. If so, this styling kit will be complemented by a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 capable of producing 630 CV and 730 Nm of torque, figures that guarantee a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h.

Although yes, 7 Designs has announced that the Aria kit will not be within reach of every Maserati MC20 owner, since there will only be 25 available for 25 lucky individuals who want to give the Italian supercar a different touch, which will surely be exhibited alongside other tuners ready to squeeze out every last ounce of sportiness.
