The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will go on sale in Spain in November, and this will be its price

From November onwards, the Spanish market will have a new compact SUV with electric drivetrain. This model comes from Mitsubishi and is named Eclipse Cross, and it will soon be available at dealerships in our country and the rest of Europe.

This model is based on the AmpR Medium platform, which is already used by the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance to shape several models across the three brands. This model offers a balanced design and is optimised to deliver stability, agility and comfort for its users. To do so, it uses technology already employed by all three brands, which allows their models to offer a competitive cost and a very sensible selling price.

On the outside of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, the evolution of the brand’s design language is evident. The front Dynamic Shield features a three-dimensional honeycomb-style grille and robust proportions that convey the strength and elegance characteristic of the model.

The interior design of the Eclipse Cross combines functional elements with the comfort expected of a vehicle of this kind. High-quality materials are combined with LED ambient lighting, an electrochromic glass roof, and an infotainment system with voice control via Google Assistant and compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

In terms of safety, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross has a structure built with materials that offer high energy absorption. It also comes with a centrally positioned front airbag and an extensive range of driver assistance systems that improve perception through 360º around the vehicle. The MI-PILOT integrates adaptive cruise control and lane-centring control, as well as automatic emergency braking. All these systems work together to ensure that occupants enjoy a calm and safe journey.

Its 87 kWh battery allows it to cover up to 626 kilometres on a single charge, and a fast-responding electric motor makes the electric SUV a pleasure to drive.

The price at which you can buy it in Spain is 32,050 euros, although to reach this price you must factor in the trade discount, the financing discount and the Plan Moves III, which amounts to 7,000 euros.
