The Mustang RTR makes its debut at the SEMA Show
The Mustang RTR developed by Ford Performance made its debut at the recent SEMA Show. Its striking design and aggressive lines caught the attention of everyone present.
Apart from the many Mustangs that Ford has shown in the past at the SEMA Show, the Mustang RTR developed by Ford Performance drew special attention from the curious onlookers, and yes, it is for sale.
Its full name is Series 1 Mustang RTR, and it is the result of the collaboration between the North American manufacturer and Vaughn Gittin Jr. and his RTR vehicles team.

You will recognise it as an RTR thanks to the many details that reference this line throughout its design, among which stand out the RTR grille with integrated lighting, the aerodynamic kit and the graphics that decorate this furious model with its name.
Other exterior additions include a Performance pack spoiler with an RTR Gurney flap, as well as its wheels. It features 19″ wheels with 9″ rims at the front and 10″ rims at the rear.

Looking less at the body design, the Mustang RTR has a plaque on the front grille and on the bumper.
The Series 1 Mustang RTR package has been designed to fit any Mustang EcoBoost Performance Package 1 or Mustang GT Performance Package 1. Those interested in buying one of these models will be able to install these options and enjoy a limited manufacturer’s warranty.
In the words of the drift champion driver Vaughn Gittin Jr:
“Our goal is to take the driving experience of this Ford Mustang to the next level. This collaboration has created a Mustang that offers great sensations in urban driving, high capability on the track and a great experience as an owner.”
The units can already be reserved, and as always, the exclusivity that a limited edition like this entails will be one of the major attractions for many of its buyers.
