The new Honda Civic Type R receives aesthetic accessories to make it even more attractive

The Honda Civic Type R is not a car that goes unnoticed, especially when you look at the spectacular styling of the new generation, but we must not forget the sweet purr of its 2.0 VTEC Turbo 320 hp engine. Still, if this Japanese mix doesn’t quite satisfy you, you can always opt to fit the new accessories that Honda has launched for both the interior and the exterior.

If you are already a happy owner of the new generation Honda Civic Type R, first of all you should know that all of the following accessories are only available in the land of the rising sun, but don’t worry, they are expected to gradually be introduced in the different markets and eventually reach our country. The new Type R already comes with a wide range of standard equipment, which in its basic version in Spain can be obtained from 38,400 EUR, although for 3,200 EUR more you can complete it with additional equipment that is also very interesting.

With these accessories you can complete and personalise your new Honda Civic Type R even further, both on the exterior and the interior of the car. Starting with the exterior, if you look closely, the standout features are the new red-coloured trim on the grille, continuing above the front light cluster, and ending up on the door mirror housings, although these last ones can also be black.

For the wheels, Honda offers beautiful 18-inch alloy wheels (smaller than the standard 20-inch ones) with a 10-spoke design in white. Finally, moving to the rear, we find a new spoiler made of carbon fibre, which not only looks good but also slightly reduces weight compared to the standard one.

Now, turning to the interior updates, the colour red still plays an important role here too, as the ambient lighting can be that same shade, as can the floor mats. The gear lever can be fitted with a leather-trimmed aluminium knob, to finish off with carbon fibre inserts for the dashboard and door panels.
