The Nissan GT-R50 at 1 million euros: only 50 units of this limited edition will be built
Nissan GT-R50, whose price of 1 million euros makes it the most exclusive vehicle from the Japanese manufacturer, will be limited to 50 units.
Nissan GT-R50, this enigmatic model was recently revealed by the Japanese manufacturer. The only doubt we had was whether it would actually end up being produced, and it seems that it finally will be.

At the recent Goodwood Festival of Speed, the GT-R50 made its debut, surprising everyone present with its exclusive design and imposing presence. At this same show, the director of the Nismo programme, Bob Laishley, confirmed that 50 units of the GT-R50 will be built. Of course, we did not expect such an exclusive product to be cheap, and estimates of its price are around 900,000€ as a starting price.

The nature of the car suggests that it will be as expensive as the buyer wishes. In the words of Bob Laishley: “If they want a car for the road, we will make it for the road; if, on the contrary, they want one for the track, we will make it for the track with all the parts and equipment it needs”.
The manufacturing process starts with the standard GT-R model as a base, which is sent to Italdesign in Moncalieri, Italy, to be heavily modified and achieve the final result you can see in the photos. This concept features longer turbochargers taken from the Nismo GT3 version of the GT-R, larger intercoolers, stronger pistons and many more details that will be revealed over time.

As for the engine, it will have 710 CV, a devilish output that will make this automotive jewel for enthusiasts even faster.
We are absolutely delighted with this initiative, since both its mechanical side and its distinctive design reflect exclusivity, sportiness and automotive purism through and through. Laishley is one of the project’s main fans: “Now seeing it for the first time, I think it’s phenomenal. Although almost its entire surface has changed, it still looks like a classic GT-R”. What do you think? We feel this distinctive design is perfect for such an exclusive edition.
