The Opel Cabrio Arrives in Spain: Price and Trims

Although we are not in the mood for a convertible in this harsh winter we have had, spring is coming, and so is a new convertible model. This is the new offering from Opel, the new Opel Cabrio, which will celebrate its world premiere at the upcoming Geneva International Motor Show in March. Subsequently, the new convertible will arrive at Opel dealerships in our country in April.
The standard equipment will be quite extensive, according to what Opel has revealed. One of the most notable features is the high-quality fabric roof with acoustic insulation, which can be opened at the touch of a button at speeds of up to 50 km/h, in just 17 seconds, or via the remote control when the vehicle is stationary.

Among the various equipment it will include are the HiPerStrut suspension, originally developed for the Insignia OPC, the FlexFold system that electrically releases and folds the rear seatbacks in 50:50 sections, alloy wheels, rear LED lights, the dashboard covered in Morrocana with a leather steering wheel, automatic front seatbelt pretensioners, and dual-zone electronic climate control.
Other optional equipment will include the parking assistant, which assists when reversing into a parking space with an acoustic signal, and the Adaptive Lighting System (AFL+), which ensures the highest level of visibility and safety with up to ten automatic lighting functions.
The Opel Cabrio will be available in the Spanish market only with the top trim level, the Excellence, priced at €29,900. The new model will include the 1.4 Turbo petrol engine producing 140 CV with a 6-speed manual gearbox and Start/Stop.
