The Porsche Cayenne S and Cayenne S Diesel debut the Platinum Edition version
The Platinum Edition equipment package gives the Cayenne a sportier design. It features 21-inch wheels among other elements. The kit costs around €3,000 more than the standard model.

The premium car manufacturer has unveiled the Cayenne S and Cayenne S Diesel Platinum Edition. These two new models join the platinum versions of the Cayenne Diesel and Cayenne S E-Hybrid. The equipment package offers a range of elements that give the German SUV a more attractive and sporty look compared with the standard version.
The exterior package stands out for its 21-inch Sport Edition wheels finished in satin platinum colour. It also includes sporty elements in gloss black, rear privacy glass and body-coloured wheel arch mouldings. The Cayenne Platinum Edition stands out for its sporty functionality, featuring bi-xenon headlights with a dynamic cornering light system (Porsche Dynamic Light System) and exterior mirrors with automatic dimming, which prevents any kind of glare.

The Platinum Edition kit costs just over 3,000 euros more than the standard price, without changing the engine. As for the interior equipment, the Platinum Edition features the same sports seats as the Cayenne GTS, upholstered in Alcantara in the centre section. All the headrests carry the Porsche logo and the front seats are heated.
Platinum models offer a high level of infotainment thanks to the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system. This unit includes online navigation, a Connect Plus module and a BOSE Surround sound system. As an option, buyers can add the analogue sports clock located on the dashboard.

The engine range of this special edition does not change from the base model. The Cayenne S keeps its 3.6-litre twin-turbo engine producing 420 CV, while the Cayenne S Diesel retains its twin-turbo V8 with 385 CV.
In Spain, the Cayenne S Platinum Edition is priced at 101,909 euros, which represents an extra cost of 3,394 euros over the standard version. The Cayenne S Diesel Platinum Edition, meanwhile, will cost 105,303 euros (3,122 euros more than the base model).
