The SEAT Ateca FR Special Edition is now also available with the 115 CV TSI engine

The SEAT Ateca is the most popular SUV from the Spanish brand and perhaps from its entire lineup, thanks to the strong sales record it has built since reaching the market, which is why it is only natural for the brand to commit decisively to this model, offering very appealing trims at highly competitive prices. An example of this was the arrival, early this year, of the FR Special Edition trim, giving it a greater sporty character along with equipment that matches it.

The SEAT Ateca in its FR Special Edition trim is once again in the spotlight as it expands its range. Until now it was only available with the 1.5 TSI 150 CV petrol engine, with either a manual or an automatic gearbox, and now the 1.0 TSI 115 CV petrol engine joins it to offer greater variety, delivering 200 Nm of torque, paired exclusively with a six-speed automatic gearbox. Notably, this engine has a combined consumption of 6.4 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of 145 g/km.

With this engine, SEAT aims to make the idea of getting an Ateca in the FR Special Edition trim even more accessible and attractive. Its styling gains in design thanks to the specific front and rear bumpers included as standard, while the wheel arches, the spoiler and the splitter are painted in the body colour.
