The SEAT Ateca has already surpassed 100,000 units sold in Spain
In Spain, a little over 100,000 units of the SEAT Ateca have been sold, although worldwide sales exceed 500,000 units across its two versions.

Not long ago we read an article about the uncertain future SEAT faces in the market, which could lead to its disappearance within a few years. Or, at the very least, to a fairly significant change that could mean it stops being the car manufacturer we know today. But despite these gloomy prospects, there are models from the brand that continue to be a huge success and set the pace for the brand.
The SEAT Ateca is one of the brand’s most popular models in recent years. So much so that it has already reached 100,000 units sold in our country. Including the CUPRA version of the model, the Ateca has achieved an impressive figure: more than 500,000 units sold worldwide.

It is not a car built in Spain, as it is produced at a plant in the Czech Republic. This model has served as the basis for the creation of other models within the groupVolkswagen. The Skoda Karoq, the Jetta VS5, a version sold in China, and the Volkswagen Taos/Thura, which is sold only in some markets around the world. These models are not counted as SEAT, so it can be considered that it has an even greater acceptance than if we only look at the Spanish brand.
The SEAT and CUPRA Ateca have been sold in markets such as New Zealand, Réunion Island, Egypt, Ukraine, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Egypt, Mexico and others, where it has also been very well received. In all these markets it has been offered with power outputs between 110 and 300 CV. Alongside these versions, several special editions have been launched that raised that power above 300 CV.
In the Spanish market, where it is still on sale and where it can comfortably surpass those 100,000 units sold, it starts from 22,284 euros. This price corresponds to the variant with a 1.0 TSI 110 CV engine and six-speed manual gearbox and the Reference XM trim level, with all dealer discounts and financing included.
