The Skoda Superb Combi showcases the functionality of its boot

This model is designed to offer space for passengers, but also for their luggage and everything else they need to transport. The boot of this model has a capacity of 660 litres in its standard configuration, but when the rear seats are folded down, it becomes a space of 1,950 litres, almost two cubic metres of capacity. In addition, by also folding down the front passenger seat, objects up to 3.1 metres long can be loaded.

Moreover, it’s not just about space: this boot also features 11 Simply Clever space solutions. One of the main ones is the virtual foot pedal, which allows you to open the electric tailgate without using your hands. Simply pass your foot under the rear bumper. It works in combination with the KESSY keyless locking and unlocking system.

To close it, you simply need to give it a slight pull and the tailgate will close by itself. It can also be closed with the remote control, which is not a bad method either. The rear seats are folded by pressing a button located on the back of them. On the boot floor there is an adjustable double floor, which allows you to configure the storage space according to the specific needs of each moment.

The parcel shelf is also retracted automatically with a simple press. It consists of a retractable fabric cover that folds away quickly and increases the available space. A coat hook is located beneath it. It is a compartment that allows flat items, such as jackets, for example, to be stored. It also features four hooks and a net system that help keep loads securely in place.

The equipment is completed by an LED torch that recharges when placed in its base while the car is running. With all this, the boot of the Skoda Superb Combi becomes everything a person needs who demands a large boot space. And when you need to carry, for example, a folded pram, it’s very handy to have it.
