595 Abarth Compact Sports Cars
The spectacular Abarth F595 special edition arrives in Spain, where we already know its price
Abarth will pay tribute to the Italia Formula created by Carlo Abarth with the new Abarth F595 special edition, which is now available in Spain

Last summer Abarth announced a special edition aimed at its younger audience, looking for a car that, without neglecting the technology side, focuses even more on high-quality mechanical components in order to achieve the best performance. This is the Abarth F595, a model that is already ready to hit our roads.
Carlo Abarth, born in Vienna, began his career as a designer at a very young age in Italy, the country where he became a citizen and where, by 1949, he founded the company that bears his surname and that today we know as part of the Fiat Group. Carlo, a lover of competition on both two and four wheels, created a championship 50 years ago known as the Italia Formula, and the new F595 is intended to pay tribute to it.

As an engine supplier to today’s Tatuus Formula 4 cars, Abarth has drawn inspiration from this competition for the F595’s engine. It is fitted with the 1,400 cc T-Jet petrol engine, which produces 165 CV and 230 Nm of torque available at 2,250 rpm, partly thanks to the Garrett turbo with a geometric compression ratio of 9:1 that it features. This allows it to accelerate to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds with the manual gearbox and in 7.4 seconds with the sequential automatic gearbox.

This engine promises unique sensations and an unmistakable sound that will delight all its owners, the latter because it features the “Record Monza Sovrapposto” exhaust with two double outlets in a vertical position, integrated into the rear diffuser itself. In addition, thanks to the selector the driver has, the Scorpion mode can be selected to modify the delivery of torque, the calibration of the power steering and the engine response, making everything even more responsive.
But these will not be the only high-quality components found on the Abarth F595, since to maintain control of the vehicle at all times along with a quick response, there is the Koni rear suspension with frequency-selective damping technology (FSD), which provides greater stability and grip at all times. Braking is entrusted to ventilated front discs measuring 284 mm and 240 mm discs for the rear axle.

Aesthetically, the Abarth F595 will be available in six body colours, which can be combined with the new Rally Blue colour for the mirror housings, the front lip and the rear diffuser, as well as 17-inch “Sport” alloy wheels in matt black finish. Inside, black will be the predominant colour, present even in a matt finish for both the dashboard trim and the frame of the 7-inch Uconnect infotainment screen; all accompanied by a steering wheel and sports seats upholstered in leather, although the latter can optionally be replaced by Sabelt seats.
The new Abarth F595 is now available to reach our roads, with an announced price starting from 20,200 euros.
