The SuperVan 4.2 and the Mustang GTD from Ford make their debut at the Goodwood Hill Climb
The electrification and petrol power of Ford come together at the Goodwood event, highlighting the presence of the new all-electric Ford Capri, the Mustang GTD and the SuperVan 4.2.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024 was the stage chosen by Ford to dazzle the public with its latest creations, serving as the launch platform for the new Ford Capri, fully electric, and the supercharged Mustang GTD, previously unveiled at Le Mans, Mustang GTD.
The Ford Capri will be present
The Ford Capri, a classic that left its mark in the 1970s, has been reinvented for the electric era, with the aim of preserving the sporting spirit of its predecessor, but with a more modern design and impressive performance.

With an acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds and a range of up to 627 km, the Capri positions itself as an ideal sporty SUV for everyday use. Its 572-litre boot makes it a practical choice for families without sacrificing performance.
The Capri’s interior also stands out with the SYNC Move system, where an adjustable 14.6-inch central screen allows the driving experience to be personalised and personal belongings to be secured in the My Private Locker. It also includes high-end features such as a memory and massage driver’s seat, wireless charging and heated front seats.
Mustang GTD
The Mustang GTD made its star appearance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, showing the most advanced evolution of the iconic muscle car. Equipped with a 5.2-litre supercharged V8 engine generating more than 800 CV, the GTD is designed to compete with the most exclusive supercars.

The Mustang GTD is not only a beast on the track, but also offers unprecedented customisation. Owners can choose from a palette of thousands of colours, ensuring their vehicle is truly unique. The Mustang GTD concierge team accompanies each owner throughout the customisation process, from selecting the colour to delivering a sample to evaluate the paint under different lighting conditions.
SuperVan 4.2
The SuperVan 4.2 from Ford will also be present at Goodwood, piloted by Le Mans champion Romain Dumas.
With an aerodynamic load of more than 1,995 kg at 240 km/h and an improved propulsion system that includes three 6-phase STARD UHP motors and high-performance lithium polymer cells that give it more than 2,000 CV of power, the SuperVan 4.2 redefines the possibilities of driving a van. Its regenerative braking system and carbon ceramic brake discs, together with forged magnesium wheels and Pirelli P Zero tyres, ensure that every aspect of the vehicle is optimised for competition.

Ford Raptor T1+
The Ford Raptor T1+, developed in collaboration with M-Sport, was another of the great stars at Goodwood, designed specifically to compete in the Dakar Rally.
Mark Rushbrook, global director of Ford Performance, perfectly summed up the spirit of the event: “We are creating the kind of vehicles that change the rules of the game and that only Ford is capable of producing.” Goodwood 2024 has been a perfect showcase to demonstrate how Ford combines tradition and cutting-edge technology, setting new standards in the automotive industry.
